Download Sublight 3.1.0 Free

SubLight is a simple but handy tool that allows users to search the web for movies subtitles. I know that the idea behind the program is not very complex, but you will surely find it useful once you try it. The beauty of SubLight is that it will keep you from searching the internet for subtitles manually. The application is really easy to use it offers many possibilities and subtitles for your favorite movies in the desired language.
As I said, if you download SubLight you won’t have to search for movie subtitles by yourself. When doing that there is a pretty big chance that the subtitle you find won’t match the video even if has the same title. Using SubLight all you have to do is to upload the movies that you want to watch. Just after that, the application will automatically identify the name of the movie and display you all the available subtitles for that certain title. You should bear in mind that SubLight doesn’t always recognize the movies. In that case, you have to type the title of the film in the right field and just hit the search button.
We’ve tested SubLight and it found lots of subtitles for all the titles that we entered. Of course, if you search a subtitle for an american movie you will find multiple results to choose from. Sadly, for non-English movies there isn’t such a wide list of subs and you will only find them in case you film is very popular.
When you search for a certain subtitle there are some criteria you can set for a manual search like title, year. episode, season, etc. As soon as the results are shown you will be provided with some information to help you decide which one would fit you better (synchronization, language, number of downloads, media type, votes, reports as well as the date in which the file was submitted and the publisher). You can also set filters to the results in order to sort them by categories such as language, publisher, number of CDs, rate, etc). SubLight can also be used in case you are interested in finding out the details about the videos in your hard drive like frame rate, runtime or video codec format. Moreover, SubLight allows you to publish your own subtitles . All you have to do is to specify the IMDb link, the language of your subtitle, the type of media and subtitle (srt, sub, etc), number of CDs, FPS, release date and the eventual comment.
SubLight doesn’t require a big amount of system resources, hence you won’t experience any slowdowns while using it. One thing that I didn’t like about the application is the fact that it doesn’t include a Help file for those who need it. However, taking into consideration the fact that it’s very easy to use, I think you won’t have any problems in handling it.
All in all, SubLight is a very useful program for movie addicted people as it makes their lives much easier. Nevertheless, the English-speaking users will have some trouble finding subtitles for foreign movies because most of the subs are for american movies for which it’s obvious that they don’t need the words written down on the screen.
