Free PES 2013 DLC Packs Details Revealed
Konami is returning with its newest football simulator PES 2013. After playing the demo, it feels like the game has significantly been improved since its predecessor. The gameplay is absolutely great, but like every year, the gamers say that it would be better if it had more leagues to play and more updates. That’s why Konami is planning to release a set of free DLC packs that will bring more online features and licensed content.
The company says that the content and player data will come in two bursts. The first DLC is a day-one patch that includes three licensed stadiums that belong to the three recently promoted clubs meaning Deportivo La Coruna, Real Valladolid and Celta Vigo. Also, the DLC will update the kits of 37 licensed clubs that include Ajax, Besiktas, Marseille, Porto and Corinthians.
The second DLC will be released sometime on October and will include the transfers made during the summer. For example, Robin Van Persie will be featured at Manchester United as in the demo he is still playing for Arsenal. Other updates will be made for further stadia, team club updates, UEFA elements and online element updates. More details will be given in the near future.
However, before the second DLC will be released, Konami will provide a patch that contains online modes for PES 2013 which adds several new features to the game. It includes a Widget system that will help gamers to join up their friends for online matches, as well as Community modes that select friends automatically for joining multiplayer matches and track the results of the matches.
There are other online tweaks like the feature that allows you to give up at half-time if you’re playing a match that you’re loosing badly (no more pulling put the internet cable), and a Rival Ranking system for Master League Online players. The patch will also allow you to share Achievements/Trophy with your friends by unlocking the Incentives element of the myPES Facebook app.
As I said before, all the DLCs are free of charge and the one mentioned will not be the last. Konami released wight of them for PES 2012, for instance.
