Reports are indicating that the new Galaxy Note 2 will sport a Exynos 4 Quad chipset based on four Cortex A9 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz, while the 8 megapixel camera was borrowed from Samsung Galaxy S3, sporting the same sensor. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be launched running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but it will receive Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as soon as possible, as the firmware update is currently on Samsung’s work table.
Along with the Galaxy Note 2 leaked press photo and technical specifications comes a great news fr the Samsung Galaxy S3 owners: the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update will roll out for their devices in late August, after Galaxy Note 2 is officially announced at IFA Berlin 2012.
